Casey Kasem's body remains unburied a month after the legendary American Top 40 host died in Los Angeles.
Danny Deraney, a rep for Kasem's daughter Kerri, shared the news with NBC Wednesday, exactly one month after Kasem died on June 15. He told the network that Kasem's wife Jean -- who has the rights to his body -- has reportedly not made any arrangements for it to be moved out of a Washington morgue.
While speaking to The View after her father's death, Kerri said Kasem wanted to be buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles.
Kerri and her siblings Julie and Mike had been feuding over the DJ's care with his wife Jean since at least October 2013, when they camped outside the couple's home to protest the fact that Jean did not allow them to see their ailing father.
Kasem was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2007. At the time of his death he was also suffering from dementia and sepsis. He died at the age of 82.
