Former Brownstone singer Charmayne Maxwell has died following an apparent mishap at her Los Angeles home.
TMZ said her husband, music producer Carsten Soulshock, found her unconscious and bleeding from a cut to her neck Friday night.
Maxwell is believed to have fallen and somehow cut her neck on a wine glass.
She was transported to Cedars Sinai Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Foul play is not suspected, but the matter is under investigation.
Brownstone was best known for its 1995 hit "If You Love Me."
