Jason Biggs

Jason Biggs is sorry that he offended people by tweeting that he was selling his Malaysia Airlines miles on the day a plane from the flag carrier airline was shot down while flying over Ukraine.
"Anyone wanna buy my Malaysian Airlines frequent flier miles?" the American Pie actor wrote Thursday following reports that flight MH17 was missing and possibly shot down.
Biggs followed his post by stating that while the situation was the saddest for the victims, it was going to be a tough for the airline to recover. After receiving several angry responses the Orange Is The New Black actor told followers that: "The idea that I wouldn't have any empathy 4 the victims or their families because I make a joke is absolutely ridiculous."
"You losers are literally trying to find [expletive] to get angry about," he added. "Channel your issues elsewhere."
The reaction to his post must have been so bad that the actor tweeted later that day he was "deleting my previous tweets. People were offended, and that was not my intent."
"This is obviously a horrible tragedy, and everyone-including myself- is sad and angry about it. Sending positive thoughts to the victims and their families," Biggs continued, adding "P.S. No one is making me send these tweets- I simply understand that my comments might have come off as insensitive and ill-timed. For that, I apologize."
