Bieber was spotted Saturday on a beach in Panama with a blonde woman believed to be model Chantel Jeffries, 21, who was with him at the time of his arrest, People magazine reported. Pictures taken by fans as Bieber arrived at the airport in Panama were posted online. The Canadian singer is being investigated by Los Angeles police for allegedly throwing eggs at a neighbor's home earlier this month.
