A number of drivers in Kafr El-Sheikh province started a strike on Tuesday over the new transport tariffs.
Kafr El-Sheikh governor Mohamad Ezzat Agwa approved a new tariff for the internal transports in the province of 75 Ps.
The drivers demand that the new ticket reach 1 pound per passenger to cope with the increase in diesel and gasoline prices.
