HE Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al-Thani said that under the guidance of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Qatar will participate in a $ 500 million bond loan to Tunisia . HE the Prime Minister said at the outset of the signing ceremony of a series of cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding in Tunis last night that such participation is to help the brothers in Tunisia for the development of what they seek to develop, especially for work in the center and south of the country . He further said that what the Tunisian officials are doing in this transition period is for the benefit of Tunisian people. HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister said that his visit to Tunisia, which came under the guidance of HH the Emir and his HH the Heir Apparent, was supposed to be earlier than now to push the relations between the State of Qatar and Tunisia for a larger and deeper stages. Talking about the agreements signed between the two countries, HE said that in addition to those agreements, new ideas for investment and cooperation between Qatar and Tunisia in the political, economic and social issues are under discussion. HE expressed his happiness for visiting Tunisia. He expressed the hope that Allah will have his mercy on the martyrs of Tunisia and heal the wounded, wishing Tunisia to be, as always been, supporting of the stability of the region and main pillar of joint Arab action. HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs said that the close cooperation between the State of Qatar and Tunisia was reflected recently on the provision of humanitarian assistance to the Libyan people. From his part, the Tunisian First Minister (Prime Minister) Beji Caid Essebsi has said that The Qatari Prime Minister''s visit to Tunisia comes within the excellent relations between Tunisia and Qatar, as well as the distinguished relations between the leaderships of the two countries. He expressed gratitude to HE the Prime Minister''s visit, which he said is a visit in a series of reciprocal visits for further prospective to strengthen brotherly ties between the two countries.
