Iran exported some 37,332,000 tons of non-oil products including gas condensate during the first half of the current Iranian calendar year (started March 21, 2011), about 40 percent higher than last year, it was reported Sunday. According to Head of Iran’s Customs Office Abbas Me’marnejad, the amount valued some $20.481 billion which was 12.3 percent higher than its previous figure in terms of weight. It was also 39.5 percent higher in terms of value comparing its corresponding figure last year, said the official. China, The United Arab Emirates, Iraq, India and Afghanistan were respectively major importers of Iran’s non-oil products, Me’marnejad stated.
