About 1.2 billion pounds was allocated to renew 42 pumping stations throughout Egypt's governorates until 2019, announced Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Mohamed Abdel-Moteleb. Also, new pumping stations will be established at an initial cost of 140 million pounds, the minister added in press statements Thursday.
