Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co., put under a debt rescheduling program because of cash shortages, said Tuesday that it will carry through with its overseas projects as planned with creditors' support. The South Korean builder had asked for a court receivership on Monday after its creditors failed to reach an agreement on continuing to provide finances.
