POSCO, South Korea's largest steelmaker, is expected to start negotiations this week for the purchase of Dongbu Steel's Incheon plant, industry insiders said Sunday.
According to observers, POSCO completed a one-month-long due diligence of Dongbu's operations in the country's second-largest sea port and will conduct talks to agree on a price.
