Mando Corp., one of South Korea's leading car parts manufacturers, will seek to expand its presence in Mexico and Russia, corporate sources said Sunday.
Company insiders said the strategy to build more overseas production bases was outlined by Chung Mong-won, the chairman of Halla Group, which controls the car parts producer.
