Kia Motors Corp., South Korea's second-largest automaker, said Friday its sales rose 7.6 percent in 2014 from a year earlier thanks to robust demand for its flagship models.
The carmaker said in a regulatory filing that it sold 3.04 million cars last year, compared with 2.83 million vehicles a year earlier. In December, the company's car sales reached 282,488 vehicles, up 5.4 percent from a year earlier.
