Tamkeen's Acting CEO and Board of Directors Chairman Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa anticipated that the final draft of Tamkeen's 2015-2017 Strategy will be finalized in February.
In response to press questions during "Cup of Coffee" session at Bait Al-Tijjar he said that the new strategic will be published in the Official Gazette in the few forthcoming weeks.
He said that stricter laws have been introduced to the job-scale development programme, pointing out that the total number of beneficiaries from the programme last year (2014) reached 2,900 and the total volume of support to the programme reached BD 1.72 million.
And regarding the establishments-financing programme, Tamkeen's Acting CEO and board Chairman Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa said that the total number of beneficiaries from the programme last year was 5300 establishments and the total volume of available financial portfolio was BD 368.5 million.
