Dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chip prices continued to climb in the second half of March but the growth pace slowed, data showed Monday.The fixed price of DDR3 2Gb 256Mx8 1333MHz chips came to US$1.31 in the second half of March, up 2.34 percent from the first half of the month, according to the data by market researcher DRAMeXchange.
