German jobless

The number of unemployed people in Germany fell by 22,000 during the month of October, official data showed Thursday. The German labor office said on Thursday that the change in numbers left the month-on-month seasonally adjusted unemployment rate unchanged at 6.7%.
German news agency DPA quoted head of the office Frank-Juergen Wiese saying that the business uncertainty in Germany and the Eurozone in general was not reflected in the jobs market in Germany. In September, 12,000 people became unemployed.
