APEC ministers

South Korea and China will hold a bilateral summit of their leaders on the sidelines of November's Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum in Beijing but are likely to skip a trilateral summit with Japan, a Seoul diplomatic source said Monday.
Among those attending the upcoming 21-member APEC gathering in Beijing on Nov. 10-11 are South Korean President Park Geun-hye, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and U.S. President Barack Obama.
