Poultry imports from California

The Public Authority of Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAF) announced on Wednesday lifting ban on poultry imports from the American State of Californian.
The decision comes after a report from World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) which cleared all Californian poultry from having bird flu virus, PAAF said in a statement.
All poultry imports will be subjected to OIE's regulations and Kuwait's animal quarantine procedures, it added.
The statement noted that any imports will be sent away if they were positive to any infectious and contagious diseases.
