Prime Minister Sherif Ismail has witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Egypt and Russia in the fields of communications, Information Technology and postal services.

Egypt's Minister of Communications and Information Technology Yasser Al Qadi and Russian Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolai Nikiforov signed the agreement. 

In remarks following the signing of the MoU, Al Qadi said that the memo would help develop a framework for cooperation in communications and postal services between the two countries
