The Egyptian-Russian intergovernmental commission will convene at the end of January, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said on Thursday.

In statements to Sputnik news agency, Manturov said the meeting will be held from January 31 to February 2, 2016.

The meeting will focus on developing industrial zones and pushing forward trade relations between the two countries, he said.

No specific plans have been determined yet, Manturov added.
