The General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) has signed contracts to import 235,000 tons of wheat from Russia and Romania.

The GASC held - on behalf of the Supply Ministry - an international bid on Thursday for purchasing wheat. 

The purchased amounts are 175,000 tons from Russia and 60,000 tons from Ukraine.
