The Argentine government submitted its 2015 budget bill to Congress on Monday, forecasting an economic rebound of 2.8 percent following growth of just 0.5 percent this year.
The government also forecast inflation of 2.31 percent this year, with inflation easing to 14.5 percent in 2015.
The 2015 budget offered better numbers than many private-sector estimates. Analysts forecast a 1.8 percent contraction in the economy and inflation of 36.6 percent in 2014, with the economy expanding just 0.3 percent next year amid inflation of 31.6 percent.
