More than 102,000 tons of wheat were delivered to silos in Qena Tuesday.

Silos in the Upper Egyptian city are prepared to receive any amounts of local wheat, said director of the internal trade and supply department here Aly Mahmoud Gaber.

So far, the operations room has not received any complaints or reports from farmers about the supply process, he said, adding that committees are controlling wheat imports.
