The Minister of Oil and Gas Dr. Abdulrahman Osman Abdulrahman said that the country receives investment delegations that have made offers in the field of oil, and the Ministry is considering these offers where the companies with financial and technical capabilities are accepted, pointing to prioritize in the field of investment to push up oil production.
He added that the oil sector has expertise in all domains of the oil industry, calling on the workers for more efforts the increase the oil production.
During his meeting with the workers of Sudanese Oil Corporation in congratulation for Eid al-Adha, he noted that China has shown willingness to expand its investments, pointing to a number of squares that china could enter to increase the oil production.
On his part, Minister of State, Saad al-Deen Hussein al-Bushra said that the ministry deals with the oil economies as a leading engine of the Sudanese economy and can achieve economic and social development, welcoming the desire of the Chinese Petroleum Corporation to expand oil investment, lauding China's a strategic partnership.
