Libya's interim Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thinni

Libya's interim Prime Minister Abdullah al Thinni chaired a meeting to discuss the necessary preparations to build two oil refineries, one in the east and the other in the south in Libya.

The refineries will each have a production capacity of 6,000 barrels per day (bpd), according to the official website of the Libyan government.

Thinni met officials of the British Virgin Islands-based Pavilion Recovered Oil at his government seat in eastern Libya to discuss contracting the project.
