State revenues have been increasing on continuous basis, according to a report made public on Saturday by Shall Consulting and Investment Company. Total actual revenues amounted to KD 4.7 billion till the end of May, two months of the 2011-2012 fiscal year, some 35.4 percent of the overall projected income of the whole financial year, estimated at KD 13.4 billion, said Al-Shall report. Rise of the real revenues was estimated at 41.9 percent, some KD 3.3 billion, for the same period of time, according to the report, based on reports of the Ministry of Finance. Actual oil income, till May 31, 2011, was estimated at KD 4.4 billion, some 36.2 percent of the projected oil proceeds, estimated at KD 12.3 billion, 93.5 percent of the overall collected proceeds -- as a result of the rise of the oil prices. Collected oil income, in the first two months of the current fiscal year, was higher by KD 1.2 billion, 39 percent higher compared to the same period of the previous financial year. Overall non-oil revenues amounted to KD 309.5 million, at a monthly rate of KD 154.7 million. It had been projected at KD 1.1 billion.
