The State Minister at the Ministry of Labor and Administrative Reform, Khalid Hassan Ibrahim, underlined the Sudanese-Ugandan relations.
He said during his address, Monday, to the meetings of the Sudan-Uganda Leaderships of Workers Trade Unions that Uganda has been in a state of coordination in regional and international forums with the Sudan.
During the forum hosted by Khartoum for the period 14-16 of current august, the State Minister pointed to the importance of dialogue between the social partners of governments, trade unions, workers and employers, to work for achieving a common vision of work's future in the continent, based on human dignity, justice, equality and other international laws and charters governing the work.
The Chairman of the Sudan's Workers Trade Unions, Engineer, Yousuf Ali Abdul Karim, has praised the trade unions relations between the Sudan and Uganda, saying that the popular relations between the two countries are based on history, the Nile and the neighborhood, revealing a framework agreement between the trade union movement in the two countries to exchange experiences and interests which would be signed during the forum's days.
For his part, the Secretary-General of the National Union of Workers of Uganda, has called for the need of unity of workers in both countries, praising the role of the Sudanese Workers Trade Union stances with Uganda's Trade Unions Movement.
