Damanhour - MENA
Investment Minister Ashraf Salman laid down on Saturday the foundation stone of an Egyptian-Saudi juice factory in Nubariya.
The 60,000 cubic meter factory cost stands at EGP 1.5 billion, Salman said, noting that the factory will create 3,300 jobs.
More jobs are expected to be generated at the factory within two years, he said.
Salman underlined that the government's economic reform plan aims mainly at encouraging long-term investments and expanding industrial zones in various governorates.
