Al-Ahsa ranked with the most at 1489 violations

The Ministry of Labor recently uncovered 2,007 violations in the Eastern Province over a period of two weeks, according to a local media report on Tuesday.
Al-Ahsa ranked with the most at 1,489 violations, which were revealed during raids carried out in the streets and villages of Al-Hafoor and Al-Maraz by the local labor office under Inspections Director Mansour Alimhanna.
Fourteen inspectors taking part in the raids found 490 violations involving businesses having a lack of records, and 343 with incomplete data on when they were formed, activities, addresses, directors and number of employees.
The Dammam labor office targeted mobile phone stores and uncovered 283 violations, while the Alkhobar office under the leadership Omar Alomar raided fruit and vegetable shops, warehouses and retail stores and reported 137 violations.
The Al-Qatif office campaign under Maitham Abu Zaid targeted commercial stores and reported 50 violations, while there were 48 found at commercial stores, laundries, furniture shops, and buildings under construction in Ras Tanoura.
The Baqiq labor office under Nahar Alarfaj targeted mobile shops.
