The Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) said Friday the value of Egyptian oil exports increased in February by 30.6 percent, reaching EGP 1.99 billion compared to EGP 1.53 billion in January.
CAPMAS added in its statement that the petroleum exports in February decreased by 34.3 percent when compared to February 2014, which recorded EGP 3.04 billion.
Petroleum imports rose by 52.3 percent to EGP 5.8 billion in February compared to EGP 3.8 billion in January and by 152.3 percent against February last year (EGP 2.31 billion).
