Cairo - MENA
The volume of trade exchange between Egypt and Jordan is expected to rise to reach one billion dollars in three years, Egypt's trade plenipotentiary minister in Amman Mohamed Abdullah said Wednesday.
At a press conference held by the Federation of Egyptian Industries' Arab Cooperation Committee with the Jordanian Chamber of Commerce in Amman, Abdullah said the visiting Jordanian delegation to Egypt was the biggest of its kind, which reflected a strong desire to increase bilateral trade.
Abdullah hoped to make use of the distinguished political ties in increasing joint projects, especially in the fields of fertilizers, food industries and energy.
