Alexandria Port Authority decided on Monday to close Dekhaila and Alexandria straits for the fourth day in row due to bad weather conditions.

Wind speed reached 30 knots and waves exceeded 3 meters.

The straits are closed to avoid ship collision, chairman of the Alexandria Port Authority Medhat Attiya said.
