Damietta Port received over the past 24 hours seven ships, including three container ships and four cargo vessels, Damietta Port Authority Media Center said in a statement on Saturday.

The statement noted that seven other ships left the port, including three container ships and four cargo vessels. 

Meanwhile, 17 ships anchored outside the port until finalizing their entry procedures, it indicated.
