The Exports Council for Handicrafts inked on Sunday a cooperation agreement with the Chamber of Handicrafts at the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI).

The agreement will contribute to solving several problems facing the handicrafts industry, Head of the council Randa Fahmi said during the annual meeting of the council and the chamber.

The council has an agreements with 13 technology centers in Egypt, she said.

She asserted the importance of authentic designs in the handicrafts industry and establishing markets for them to solve the economic problems
