Ismailia - MENA
Ismailia Governor Yassin Taher said on Sunday the underway Suez Canal development projects will provide 250,000 jobs to youths in Ismailia.
The City Hall laid down an effective plan in coordination with the Suez Canal Authority and the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, the governor told MENA.
The City Hall is adopting two out of the promising Canal Development Corridor projects, including setting up a Technological Valley at a cost of 75 million pounds and El Amel Village, one of the main pillars of the one-million-feddan project called for by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The new village will include 530 houses and 514 green houses supplied with hi-tech irrigation networks.
Lands in the village will be offered to youths during the inauguration of the new Suez Canal in August, he added.
