GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani stressed that the Council is moving towards consolidating the Gulf complete economic unity, and achieving comprehensive economic citizenship, in a secure, stable prosperous, and sustainable environment. 
In his speech before the opening of the GCC Supreme Council 37th session in Manama, Al Zayani said that the Supreme Council's decisions on deepening and consolidating of integration in all areas of the GCC joint action, and on expanding the areas of cooperation and coordination with brotherly and friendly countries, are being implemented and closely followed up by the Ministerial Council as well as the councils and committees of the General Secretariat. 
He pointed that the Ministerial Council at its preparatory and complementary meetings, discussed all subjects, files and reports, and recommended reporting these meetings outcomes and taking the necessary decisions thereon. 
The Secretary-General of the GCC announced a conclusion of the opening session of the 37th GCC Summit.
