A ship carrying 60,000 tons of wheat arrived at Alexandria Port on Saturday.

In statements, Chairman of Alexandria Port Authority Abdel Qader Darwish said the wheat shipment came from Russia, adding that all procedures were taken to unload it.

Samples were taken to make sure the wheat is fit for human consumption, he added.
