A vessel carrying 58,000 tons of wheat arrived at Alexandria Port on Tuesday.

In statements, spokesman of Alexandria Port Authority Reda el Ghandour said the wheat shipment came from Russia, adding all procedures were taken to unload it.

Samples were taken to make sure the wheat is fit for human consumption, he noted
