Damietta Port on Tuesday received five vessels, including three container ships and two cargo ships, spokesman for Damietta Ports Authority Mamdouh el Sheity said.

Seven ships left the port, including four container ships and three cargo ships, he added.

Eighteen vessels are waiting at the port's anchorage area to complete entry procedures
