A suicide bomber blew himself up in a Shiite mosque north of Baghdad on Saturday evening, killing at least 15 people and wounding 31 others, officials said, updating an earlier toll. Initial reports had said at least four people died and 20 were wounded. The attacker struck the Al-Rahman mosque in the predominantly Sunni town of Taji, just north of the capital, at around 8:00 pm (1700 GMT), an interior ministry official and a medical source said.
