European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker accused British premier David Cameron on Wednesday of having a "problem with other prime ministers", stoking a bitter row over EU budget contributions.
"I don't have a problem with Mr Cameron, Mr Cameron has a problem with the other prime ministers," Juncker told a press conference, referring to a leaders' summit last month when Cameron bluntly refused to pay 2.1 billion euros ($2.6 billion) demanded by Brussels.
