You're having difficulty being a team player. It's hard for you to ignore incompetence. Instead of drawing attention to everybody's mistakes, start looking for a better position. Collaborating won't be difficult when you're working alongside people who are equally gifted and imaginative. When people ask you about your current job, be diplomatic. Complaining will raise a red flag. It's better to present yourself as a gracious diplomat, even if it makes you feel hypocritical.
