Narrow minded beliefs are interfering with work. Although you strongly disagree with your colleagues about religion, culture and politics, you should keep these views to yourself. You're not getting paid to advance a cause; you're expected to perform your duties. If someone keeps baiting you with offensive remarks, file an official complaint. Is it completely intolerable to be immersed in this atmosphere? You owe it to yourself to find a more congenial professional environment. Launch a job search as soon as possible.
