Communing with nature will be therapeutic. Make more effort to go outside, even if it's simply taking a brisk walk on your lunch hour. At first, this practice will be tiring. Keep at it; your endurance will grow stronger with each outing. You may not realise it, but your mental and physical health are intertwined. Nothing cultivates creativity like being active. Don't be surprised when your boss praises your work after this practice gets underway. Coming up with imaginative solutions to stubborn problems will be as simple as breathing.
