An unthinking, unsympathetic individual is causing trouble for you. They don't like the impassioned way you approach work. Although your styles are radically different, they don't conflict. They simply threaten a colleague who is cold and unfeeling. When your rival is in your presence, they feel the full weight of their unpopularity. There is nothing you can do to solve this problem. It's not your job to handle their fragile ego. Keep doing what works best. Eventually, your constant critic will slink away like a salted snail.
