Work has not been rewarding. It feels like you're producing three times as much as your colleagues, yet rewards are never forthcoming. This is a sign it's time to move on. The best way to find a better job is through your own efforts. Friends and family will try to help, but they won't be able to deliver on promises. You'll make much more progress by sending out CVs, attending career fairs and networking with fellow professionals. Keep your chin up; things will get better.
