A cancer patient sheds tears during the annual "Ride to Conquer Cancer" event in Vancouver, Canada. A total of 1,687 riders participated in the annual "Ride to Conquer Cancer" event, a two-day 200-kilometer ride from Vancouver to Seattle of the United States to help raise fund for cancer research and treatment.
