An international festival entitled “Circle of Light” will be held in Moscow for a second time, organizers told RIA Novosti. The Circle of Light 2012 event, opening on Friday in downtown Moscow’s Red Square, is expected to gather over 3 million people - ten times more than last year’s festival. Organizers said numerous light shows will make it possible for residents and guests of the Russian capital to get acquainted with state of the art light technology. The festival that will include laser shows and various video projections will be closed on October 2 in Gorky Park in the center of Moscow. The closing ceremony will include fireworks.
