The 12th attorney of basketball star Dwayne Wade\'s ex-wife filed a motion to stop representing her in Cook County (Ill.) criminal court and child custody cases. Michael Haber, the attorney of Siovaughn Funches-Wade, cited irreconcilable differences Monday in his motion to leave Funches-Wade\'s case, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. Funches-Wade asked the court to deny Haber\'s request because of her depleting funds and Haber\'s familiarity with her case. Haber has served Funches-Wade\'s case the longest of the 12 lawyers she has hired. Funches-Wade was charged with child abduction and lost her visitation rights June 17 when she failed to return her sons on time. She divorced Wade in 2010 and Wade was granted sole custody of their two sons in 2011. Court proceedings have been put on hold until the judge rules on Haber\'s motion. A hearing regarding Haber\'s motion is scheduled for Friday.
