Marco Simoncelli's body returned to Italy on Tuesday after the 24-year-old MotoGP rider was killed in a crash at Sunday's Malaysian Grand Prix. The body was taken to Simoncelli's home town of Coriano, near Rimini, where it will be on view on Wednesday for mourners to pay tribute before Simoncelli's funeral on Thursday. The death of the former 250cc world champion has caused immense shock and grief in Italy and throughout the world of sport.
