The Harlem Globetrotters, the world's most famous basketball  entertainment team, will take part in an exhibition match against the Washington Generals during the Aspire4Sport business conference next month, organisers announced. The Harlem Globetrotters will show case their basketball skills at the Aspire Dome on November 15, the last day of the four-day conference. The team will also visit a number of schools in Doha including the Shafallah Center for Children with Special Needs. Founded 85 years ago in Chicago, the Harlem Globetrotters line-up has included some of the greatest players ever, including Magic Johnson and Wilt Chamberlain. Aspire4Sport President Tariq A Alnaama said, "We are delighted that the Harlem Globetrotters will be showcasing their skills. Their games attract thousands of spectators and they have a fan base of millions from around the world. They have a huge following in the Middle East and their attendance at Aspire4Sport will give delegates from Qatar and the region a tremendous opportunity to see their heroes first-hand." Aspire4Sports 2011 conference to be held in Doha from November 12 to 15 has attracted top sports personalities and will provide tremendous business and networking opportunities with leaders in sport in Qatar, the region and internationally, organisers said.
